What devices are supported?

The app is designed for customer-owned IoT devices and CoolerTemperatureLog open-source sensors that submit readings to the worker API.

How much does monitoring cost?

Monitoring is $8.99 per month per device. Manual workflows can be used while you decide where sensors are needed.

Is this for HACCP and FDA FSMA records?

It is built to support temperature-log recordkeeping, exception notes, and corrective-action history used in HACCP, FSMA, and spoilage monitoring programs.

Can I export logs?

Yes. Temperature logs can be exported as CSV from the app.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing in your account and use the Stripe customer portal to manage or cancel your subscription.
